Year-Round Comfort: High-spec insulation, slabbing, and A+ rated tinted and toughened treble-glazed windows create a stable, thermostatically-controlled environment that stays warm in winter and cool in summer.
Full Tech & Electric Setup: From dimmable LED lighting to ample sockets for bubble tubes, projectors, and sound systems, we handle the entire electrical installation to keep wires safely tucked away.
Move-In Ready Building: We provide professional plastering, painting, and flooring, giving you a beautiful "blank canvas" ready for your sensory transformation.
Note on Sensory Equipment: While we specialize in building the perfect high-quality structure, we leave the specialist fit-out to the experts. For internal sensory equipment, padding, and therapeutic tools, we highly recommend The Sensory House, a top Irish supplier who can help you customise the interior to your exact requirements.
